Comfortable room size with good furniture and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Although there were some language barriers, they made an effort to assist us. Despite the hotel's location, which is integrated into a mall, we found the surroundings to be convenient for shopping. The room was well-maintained and clean. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Enjoyed a sitting area, a work desk, and a stone fireplace in the room. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable.

I had wonderful days staying at this hip new hotel. Place was fairly clean, everything was perfect. I ate at a SMALL restaurant for breakfast. A sitting area, a work desk and a stone fireplace worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Convenient location, close to major attractions and shopping. Clean, spacious rooms with a classic design. Friendly and professional staff at reception. Available parking in front of the mall. Manager showed care by checking in on guests. Highly recommended for business trips.

The personnel was very helpful. The hotel was in an incredible location close enough to coffee shops, restsurants and the mall. Pizzeria Cafe Barbera located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

We were there for 1 day, everything was great, enjoyed its marvellous and super location close to coffee shops on other side of street, especially KAFD and the airport.

There were a couple of things that were nice, like the two complimentary drink tokens they gave us upon arrival, and the convenient location of the hotel being close to popular attractions and shopping centers. , the pool area was clean and well-maintained, providing a nice place to relax.

My experience at this hotel was overall disappointing. Many of the amenities that were advertised were not available, including the restaurant and room service.
